About the beta

Vairify provides writing statistics and probabilistic writing-pattern estimates for public web pages. Please read these terms and the privacy notice before using it. The service operator is yuniverselabs llc.

Our purpose

Vairify is meant to recognize writing that reads as distinctly human and to encourage close reading. Using AI is not inherently a flaw or a reason to discount someone’s work. A result is not a judgment of a writer’s ability, honesty or creative process.

What results mean

Results are estimates and do not establish authorship, originality, truthfulness, plagiarism or the use of AI. No detection accuracy is promised, and both false positives and false negatives occur. Short samples, language, editing, quotations and incomplete page extraction affect measurements. Independently check the source and context before drawing conclusions.

Permitted use

Use the service only for lawful purposes and public material you are authorized to access and process. Do not bypass access controls, submit credentials or sensitive private information, overload the service, or infringe another person’s rights. Do not present a result as proof of misconduct or use it to discredit someone else’s work. You must not use Vairify results to accuse, grade, fail, discipline or otherwise penalize a student. Do not use them to make or support adverse decisions about employment, credit, legal rights or access to services.

Vairify VPrint

The Vairify VPrint is a badge linking a page to its live Vairify review. If a page meets the published VPrint criteria, its owner may display the Vairify VPrint on that page under a limited, non-exclusive, revocable, non-transferable permission. The VPrint must be used only on the reviewed page, in its unmodified form, loaded from Vairify and linked to the live review. It must not be presented as a certification, verification, guarantee or proof of human authorship or of the absence of AI tools, and must not suggest that Vairify endorses, sponsors or is affiliated with the site, its operator or its products. The VPrint does not identify any author. It displays the page’s current result, which may change. We may withdraw permission, change the criteria or stop serving VPrints at any time, and you must remove it on request. You are responsible for how you present the VPrint to your visitors, including under consumer protection and advertising rules that apply to you.

Content and third parties

Source content remains the property of its respective rights holders. A review does not grant permission to republish that content. Links and previews do not imply endorsement or affiliation. Third-party sites control their own content, availability and privacy practices.

Availability and responsibility

The beta may change or become unavailable. To the extent permitted by applicable law, the service is provided as available without a warranty that results are complete, accurate or suitable for a particular purpose. Nothing in these terms excludes liability or consumer rights that cannot lawfully be excluded. No mandatory arbitration or waiver of statutory rights is imposed by this page.
